A: Unlikely. If the follicle has fully miniaturized and the scalp is smooth and shiny, the "factory" is closed. Interventions work best on thinning hair, not absent hair.
A: Affirmatory, but rare. Clinical data shows a small percentage (under 2%) experience side effects. Most lab reports indicate these disappear once the protocol is stopped. Consult a doctor.
